Alex
Alex received her undergraduate degree in Psychology along with her Moderate/Severe Special Education Teaching Credentials at Sonoma State University, where she also played on the basketball team. She received her Masters in Occupational Therapy from Samuel Merritt University.
Alex’s passion is working and playing with children of all ages, and figuring out what they get excited about or interested in. She loves being silly, getting messy, and will often turn anything into a song. Alex has over 15 years of experience working with kids and enjoys implementing sensory lifestyles, the Alert Program or Zones of Regulation, the Handwriting Without Tears program, and supporting parents in helping their kids thrive at home and in the community.
Alex lives with her husband and three little kids in the Sunset district of San Francisco and loves working in the community she lives in. When not at SenKidz, Alex enjoys going on adventures with her own kids and husband, baking both with and without her kids (especially with sourdough), playing volleyball and basketball, reading novels, and exploring new local restaurants.
